Here's the cooked version of our Virginia ham that's become a legend. It's smoked over glowing hickory embers and aged 4 to 6 months to produce a rich flavor and mahogany color you'll never forget.

Our brown sugar glaze is the same we've used for generations...hand-applied to our closely trimmed country hams, then individually glazed with an open flame. The result is a deliciously sweet glaze that's part of our famous Edwards "signature flavor."
