Every year, my wife and I, both from North Carolina, host a holiday brunch and an Edwards country ham is always on the table with biscuits. For the past 15 or 20 years or so, I have been ordering country hams from you at Christmas. I started out with the uncooked ones, because that is what my grandmother used to do. However, the cooked ones are just as tasty and so easy! My grandmother lived in Colerain, North Carolina and Christmas was never complete wthout a country ham whether it was for a formal dinner, ham and biscuits for breakfast or ham and tomato sandwiches for lunch. Thanks to you, I relive those memories every Christmas!
