Lucille's Ham Salad
- 1 lb ground Edwards' Virginia ham
- 1 bunch celery (stalk), chopped in food processor
- 2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup salad dressing
1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Makes approximately 6 1/2 cups. Can be used as appetizer on crackers, sandwiches or on a salad plate.
