The best Carolina-style barbecue you'll ever taste. Honestly. Premium-quality pork shoulder and ham are slowly pit-smoked over charcoal for 10-12 hours. The moist and oh-so-tender meat is then hand-pulled in classic Southern tradition. Finished with a light vinegar marinade. The resulting barbecue is irresistible with or without a bun. Have it the Carolina way, with coleslaw topping. Fully cooked, ready to heat and serve. Three 1 lb. containers (3 lbs.) for storage & serving convenience.

This is the best BBQ I've had in a while. It goes great with a extra dash of Texas Pete and some homemade coleslaw. We like to heat ours in a double boiler.

I haven't had experience with Carolina-style 'Q, so I can't vouch for the authenticity here. I can, however, tell you that this is mouth-filling flavor, smoky, pork goodness. Excellent texture, and packed for preservation and convenience.

This is a perishable product. It has been cooked or partially cooked. It is shipped frozen possibly with gel packs and must be refrigerated after arrival.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping charges are additional to merchandise prices. We ship via UPS, which requires a street address for delivery. For this reason, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Also, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. All perishable items are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, and should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. All products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico must ship by Second Day Air.

How are shipping charges determined?

We calculate actual UPS shipping charges based on the shipping method, the weight of the product, and the zip code the product is shipping to. If you purchase several products to ship to the same address, the total shipping charge will likely be different than the estimated charges for each individual item, because the items can be combined into a single shipping container.

What shipping methods are available?

Standard Ground shipping is the least expensive, but it is only available for perishable products that ship with 1-2 day transit times. See UPS transit days map below. Otherwise, Second Day Air is required for all perishable items. These items are identified in our catalog and on the website with a blue plane

Expedited Shipping

Next Day Air and Second Day Air are options for any product if you need a guaranteed delivery date. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery date during the Checkout Process and see the estimated shipping charges for each Shipping Method.

Storage: Barbecued pork shipped frozen. Refrigerate or freeze upon receipt.

Thawing: Thaw pork in original package in the refrigerator.

Preparation: Pork is fully cooked, but must be thawed before heating. After thawing, do not remove clear plastic cover. Microwave on high for 2 ½ - 3 minutes.

Shelf Life: 8 weeks refrigerated (unopened), 4 months frozen
