Betty's Ham Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground tenderized ham
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2/3 cup fine dry crumbs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped (opt)
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Place mixture in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan, lined with heavy waxed paper. bake in moderate 350 degree oven for about an hour. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before unmolding on warm platter. Top with mushroom sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
