Calico Baked Bean Special
Ingredients
- 1 can tiny butter beans
- 1 green beans
- 1 kidney beans
- 1 can pork and beans
- 1/2 lb hamburger
- 1/2 lb Edwards' Virginia bacon
- 1 sm. onion
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon mustard (not dried)
Directions
1. Drain butter beans, green beans and kidney beans and mix with pork and beans. brown and crumble hamburger with onion. Fry the bacon a little and crumble with other ingredients. Mix brown sugar, catsup and mustard and mix with the bean mixture. Bake in a long casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
