Ham and Scalloped Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 4 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 cup milk
  • White sauce
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 4 to 6 potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced

Directions

1. White Sauce: Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add milk gradually stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until it melts.

2. Assembly: Cook potatoes and onion until tender. Drain. Mix with drained cooked peas and ham. Mix white cheese sauce with vegetables. Pour into a greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Courtesy of: Cousin Betty Beaver Grove
